- 5 years’ experience in School Administration and/or Teaching
- Master’s Degree in Administration/Supervision or Ability to Obtain Certification
- Current Teaching Certificate/License
- Effective Administration & Leadership Skills
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Relations Skills
